Blown Film Extrusion

This is a process whereby plastic polymer is converted from a pellet form to useable film through a process of heating to melt the polymer pellets and thereafter a cooling process to remove the heat from molten product to solidify into film. We have state of the art mono and co-ex machines that manufacture the highest quality of films.


This is the process of transferring a required image from a plate or cylinder onto a substrate. We are specialists in flexo printing. Flexo printing can be done in up to ten colours at Flexothene.


Laminating is a process where two or three different types of film or substrates are bonded to each other to create finished products with the required properties for various packaging applications. At Flexothene, we can do both solventless and solvent-based laminations.


Bagmaking is a process whereby printed or plain film is converted into bags or pouches as per customers requirements. We have various types of bagmaking machinery to manufacture various different types of bags eg. Loop handles, patch handles, wicketted bags, spine seal bags, etc. We also manufacture 3 side seal and stand-up pouches, etc

Slitting and Rewinding

Slitting and rewinding is the process of converting a large reel of material into smaller reels.
